Mechanization of Sheet Order Filling and CTL line bundle splitting can be done quickly and scratch free using only one operator.
The Canrack Bundle Splitter can pick 1 sheet or unlimited sheets (based on capacity) in 2 minutes or
less and transfer the sheets to a customer skid ready for packaging.

When used for sheet order filling in a warehouse, inventory skids are brought to a "Pick Table" by side-loader, fork lift or crane. The operator will count the required number of sheets and insert a "Pick wedge" ready for seperation. The Bundle Splitter will then transfer the sheets to a "Pack Table" holding the customer skid with the operator controlling all functions with a hand held remote - all in less than 2 minutes - scratch free.
The Bundle Splitter may also be used to split large stacks from a CTL line into smaller customer required stacks. Each split can be transferred to a customer skid in 2 minutes or less and conveyors can then move the skid to in-line manual or semi-automatic packagaing. Typically a 20,000 lb master skid from the CTL line can be split into four 5,000 lb skids in approximately 8 minutes - allowing the CTL to produce more tonnage in a shift and greatly reducing manpower and product damage. |

The Canrack Sheet Order Filling Bundle Splitter is available in 6,000 lb and 3,000 lb capacities. Our standard configurations are very modular allowing you to increase your capacity to fill sheet orders as your volume increases.
